Jag var ute gick med vagnen, pluggade, nattade, lagade mat, 

städade, tvättade, bloggade och pussades. Jobbade med företaget, 

pluggade lite till, tecknade en barnbok och pussades ännu mer. Sen var
det kalas och möten och vänner och inga pengar och föreläsningar och 

seminarier och ringa CSN och BVC och försäkringskassan och mera 

möten och många, mest roliga, måsten men jag hängde liksom 

aldrig med på att det kunde bli lite mycket. 

Nu har det blivit det, så jag försöker stressa ner och bara göra 

det nödvändigaste. Att blogga är som så mycket annat någonting jag 

gör för att det är kul. Det får bara inte bli för många saker på 

den listan har jag upptäckt.

Så kom ihåg att ta några djupa andetag ni också och att
det faktiskt Är okej att skjuta på saker till morgondagen, i alla
fall de som inte är så väldigt akuta.

Våren på Zara är precis min kopp te och appropå te, så ska vi precis 

krypa upp i soffan, dricka just det och se 30 grader i februari på svtplay. 

Ny vecka i morgon med skola och fix inför A's födelsedagskalas.

den köpte jag i en underbar Second hand butik i Paris för något åt sedan. 

Jag utmanade vårvintern i dag och tog på mig jeansjackan när
jag gick hemifrån i morse (natt) vid fem-tiden. Dessutom utmanade 

jag mina hälar när jag tog på mig mina helt nya skinnskor. Jag tänkte att 

jag skulle gå försiktigt till bussen, alltså smyga fram, och sedan trippa 

mellan tåg och buss för att sen kunna strosa runt på mässan i ett par 

något ingångna skor. 

Dock är jag en tidsoptimist personifierad och var, så klart, 

lite sent ute för att hinna med bussen till centrum. Det resulterade i att

jag sprang halva vägen ned. När jag äntligen kastade mig in på tåget så

gjorde det lite lagom ont i mina bultande fötter. När jag sen skulle 

ställa mig upp efter en kvarts tågresa dog jag lite av smärta.

Summan av kardemumman, jag strosade i strumplästen 

på Centralen, mina hälar förlorade utmaningen men jag vann

helt klart kampen mot vintern för fokus låg på skavsår istället för

kalla armar. I mitt huvud hade jag i alla fall roligt åt att det här 

är en typisk parodi på mig själv. Om än något extrem.

Sen mötte jag upp Nancy och vi hade en riktigt effektiv 

tågresa då vi bestämde vår färgskala till kollektionen och hann 

gå igenom massa frågetecken. Väl i Borås möttes vi av en taxi-chaufför

som bjöd på resan eftersom han egentligen körde färdtjänst. Vilket

välkomnande! Sedan tog vi en kaffe på Wayne's och när butikerna

öppnat en halvtimme senare så köpte jag ett par nya skor.

Skavsårsplåstren på och jag nästan svävade fram. 

Hela vägen till mässan där vi träffade massor med bra kontakter 

och hittade grymma tyger till kollektionen. Där fick vi dessutom hänga 

in i garderoben gratis eftersom vi inte hade kontanter med oss. 

Underbara Borås-bor! När vi kom ut tittade solen fram och vi 

vandrade iväg till tåget igen.

Nu blir det te och mackor med min stora älskling,

sen ska jag välförtjänt krypa ned i sängen och sova djuuupt.

P.S. Pappa: Ja, jag skulle kanske haft vinterjackan, eventuellt 

långkalsonger och inte skjutit upp skavsårsomplåstrandet till 

morgondagen. Tack för all omtanke men jag verkar aldrig 

lära mig av din vishet D.S.

Runaway train

Hej alla mina bloggläsare, nu slopar jag engelskan och skriver 

på modersmålet istället. Har haft så mycket på schemat i slutet att 

bloggandet känts som ett jobbigt skavsår. Det brukar egentligen vara 

mitt bästa sätt att rensa tankarna, så nu vill jag verkligen 

komma på banan igen.

I dag har jag varit på en föreläsning. Första dagen i 

skolbänken för i år, ny klass och lite nervöst. Ni vet, man vill 

känna sig fräsch (i alla fall så gott det går efter ett sömnlöst år) 

och se så där lagom avslappnad och trygg ut. 

Men jag råkade så klart slå (typ sönder) svanskotan för någon 

dag sedan. Så mest troligt tänkte min nya klass att jag eventuellt 

var sjukt kissnödig eller möjligtvis hade koncentrations-

svårigheter, så som jag skruvade på mig i princip 

hela föreläsningen. Bra jobbat!

Jag har träffat Evin i dag också, vi gick igenom den grafiska 

profilen för klädmärket. På torsdag ska jag och Nancy åka till Borås 

över dagen för att hänga på Nordic Fabric Fair. Det kommer bli apbra! 

Dessutom har vi åtta timmars effektiv arbetstid eftersom vi ska 

sitta på tåget, tur-och-retur. Heja!

For the summer

Last summer

I've had a really busy week. We've registrated our company 

and baught the domain for our website now. Feels huge! 

I'm meeting Evin at tuesday who'll help us make the 

logotype. Afterwords at 7 pm, there's an event with a kids

fashion show by Nova Star, Rockefella, Blingo, Me&I and 

Vossatassar. There will also be bubbles in the glass 

and of course a goodie bag.

I have two tickets so if someone (who also has a blog 

and a kid/kids/one on the way) would like to join, let me 

know!

It feels like spring today and I'm soo longing for summer, 

green grass and barefoot little feet running around.

Jumpsuit Kaxs from Kappahl, 199 SEK.

I had the cosiest morning ever, just playing, reading books

and crawling around on the floor with A. She had a big smile on

her face the whole time. Then we went out for a long trolley walk

and she slept for an hour and a half. Meanwhile I enjoyed the
sunny weather and listened to some music. 

I also baught this sweet jumpsuit from Kappahl, it has felt 

lika a missing piece for quite some time now. It's both comfy, 

cute and practical. She'll never be without a playsuit again.

The meeting today went well as usual, we're really progressing. 

Next up is to spread the market research to assembling the Business 

plan. We're also looking for investors and someone that we want to 

make our logotype. It really feels like we have to find the right
person. Someone who's both skilled and truly understands our
target group.

We've had a packed day and this evening we had
some friends over for dinner. It's so much fun to meet up in
the middle of the week and it feels like there's less prestige
involved as well.

Reaching forward

Book binders sell such cute little rolls of paper, 

perfect for all kinds of crafts. We bought paper rolls and some 

photo stickers to put in a photo album when we had the name 

ceremony for A and they came well to hand now.

I cut some stripes of the rolls with a serrated scissor, 

glued the stripes on to the tags I'd written and attached them 

with photo stickers inside the closet.

The ring with hearts on it is a symbol for the "landscape" Västerbotten in the
north of Sweden. Where I have my roots.

Today I've written some chores on a bunch of home made post-it's.
I'll put them on the inside of my closet door and take down one by one
as I've finished a task. Feels like it could be healty to apply some
self-fulfilling considering my many to-do's right now. I'll show you
some pic's of my post-it-plan later.

Now it's time for coffee, some urgent phonecalls and to compile our 

market research. It's on!

Another fab day with Nancy, at first we had lunch at 

PUB and she show me some of the swatches, then we wandered 

off to Rookies Showroom. It would just be awsome to be one of 

them next year. Such a pep-image!

We met some wonderful people and it really felt fruitful. 

Take a peek at MASKA, they gave us lots of tips to have in mind 

during our journey. Their clothes were very well made and I'm 

thinking about buying one of their knitted tops.

I'll tell you about some other plans soon but now it's time 

for a glass of red and some lounging on the couch.

Birthday

Christmas gift from my (to be) mother in law.

We're making some plans for A's upcoming birthday, which is in 

about a month now. I think that I'll make these lovely crackers from 

the book by Mia Öhrn who makes the sweetest sweets. There will also

be cacepops and a birtday cake of course. But I haven't decided what

cake to do yet. Any one with creative suggestions?

We are going to make a video for A with clips from her first year, 

I'm a lousy film maker so I've managed to cover the microfon several 

times during the film clips but we'll just have to fix that somehow,
perhaps some background music will do the trick. I think she'll love
to look at a video of her self as a baby. I can barley wait.

I'd also like to have a new plate for the birthday cake and
what'd fit better than this one from Kastehelmi above? We'll
see about that though.

Fool

We've had a warm and comfy weekend in Linköping in all 

aspects. I really enjoy their company. We were only outside once, 

when we went down town, as I've told you, for some shopping and a 

fika but otherwise we stayed in, eating lots of goodies, talking 

about life and playing with A.

When we got home yesterday we had a welcome visit

by Arvid and Louise and they had bought a pretty body for A. 

She seemed thankful but I believe she loved the giftwrap even more. 

After they had gone I left home as well, for a lovely Vietnamese dinner 

at Söder with my friend Sofia. SO lovely to meet her, as always!

This week is jam packed with all kinds of activities which 

feels like a perfect distraction (my life is just a bit upside down 

right now and I'm in a situation I've a hard time imagine myself being in) 

we'll have some friends over for dinner, I'll finish the business plan 

tomorrow (instead) and we'll hang around Fashion Week as 

I've told you. It will be great.

Ode to my family

We'll take the car over to my parents again. They're just the best.

I wish we lived closer to each other.

Today I'll keep working on the business plan and continue to 

discuss the project that me and, mostly, mum has started up.

The blouse and coat are second hand.

I've been quite busy for the last couple of days. Todays meeting 

with Nancy was awesome! I love hanging with her and our meetings are 

more like pep-talks which gives me lots of energy to put into the work.
We've made a plan for the first months now so I'm excited about getting
to it again.

The dream is really starting to progress and next week we'll 

try to finish the business plan. Another thing going on next week is 

Stockholm Fashion Week so we'll be there for some sneak peaking as well. 

I'll give you more updates later to night but now it's time for some 

tea and the last pieces of apple pie.

We are going out for some second hand shopping and a fika, as we 

say in Sweden. Me and my mum are exploring some ideas for a possible

project together. There's a lot cooking right now and I like it.

To the steadliness

Here's some glimpses of our home. 

I've searched for some potential publishers today and drew a few more pages 

for the book. Feels good to actually get some where in the process.

I just talked to Nancy who is working on the new clothing line I've told you 

about. She said that she wants me to play a bigger part than we've talked about. 

The plan was that I'd help her out with the business plan and upstart. No further 

than that. But now, I have to decide whether or not to put my heart into 

this business. Perhaps become a partner. That's a big thing.

I feel so honoured and so excited. Aah! What to do, what to do...

She's just so perfect. Flawless. The most wounderful, ever.
Objective mother(?)

It feels great to have cleaned out every little kitchen corner and 

started up fresh. There's just one thing though. I have a real challange 

figuring out what to put into ALL the empty baby food jars that's left. 

I was thinking about making fruit desserts, I've made a dessert with 

bananas and plums before, which was popular. But new recipies are more 

than welcome in this case, and plenty of them as well!

This is a day full of surprises. I'll share some of it with you later.

The sword and the pen

LOVE it and her!

I've been fighting with the end of my story for hours now and I just don't 

seem to get it spot on. It's probably one of those things that need time to fall 

into place. But I'm impatient as usual and wants to proceed right away. 

You see, I've always been like this. Kind of restless. But during this very 

last year I've actually started to accept two facts: Some things just has to take 

some time and others may not turn out exactly as I've imagined. Or both 

but that's life and I have to deal with it to develop!

The best habit for a fresh start to the next:
I make the bed, take a shower and shave my legs. Just love crawling into bed
with legs like silk and the smell of fresh laundrey. 

Build a bridge and jump off it

I am a typical perfectionist and I really hate this. With this I mean showing 

things I've made and especially smear drawings like these which aren't even close 

to being done. It's truly difficult but I really believe it's good for me too. 

Not to take everything (myself) so damn sirious and to show my flaws. 

I am going to finish this book mostly for my ego but also for the 

three to five-year-olds that wants to read it. I really have to buy better papers 

to use for the final outlines. But that's still far from where I am now. 

Next one up is to make up a proper ending for the story.
